Beachfront Living in Long Beach: 2,500 Sq Ft Condo

Mario and Lee were super welcoming hosts. Their home was beautifully furnished with an incredible view. Being able to easily walk out on the beach, but also take a short walk to brunch, made this a great home base for our trip. My partner and I would definitely stay here again on a future visit, and we highly recommend it.

Beyond words!! beautiful decor, views, Mario was extremely responsive if we had one small issue. Just wonderful. Would definitely come here again and again and again.

Enjoyed a beach vacation and the pool. Quiet and secluded at the property even though close to city life. Easy check in and friendly manager. Hope to return again. Long Beach is a walkable community and a hidden gem just south of LA. Spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Great view of the ocean and all the activity directly from the terrace.

Beautiful property overlooking the Pacific. The manager/owner was always available and accommodating and was instrumental in making our trip an enjoyable one.

Awesome stay! The condo is very comfortable and huge! The view of the ocean from the condo/balcony was great! Mario was a great host with quick responses to questions and gave suggestions about the area. I would stay here again!

Apartment is right on beach, so we could walk along the beach front to the Grand Prix racing. The apartment was spotless, with everything you need. Mario was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions. Just be aware on size of your car, we had a Mid size SUV, which fit in nicely, anything bigger I think you may struggle. Would highly recommend this for business or pleasure.

Really enjoyed Mario’s condo for a conference. Not necessarily walkable, but Uber only a 3 minute drive and readily available. Property is beautiful, charming and just full of character. Would stay here again!

This location was very close to the beach and downtown. The view from our Living Room was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing condo right on the beach! It was a serene oasis away from the busy streets yet close to everything. Mario was an amazing host to deal with and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The kitchen was well stocked, living areas spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Mario is a wonderful host. Friendly, responsive, and professional in helping us navigate the few issues we did have; even when we were the cause. The condo itself is better than it looks online. When I found it I assumed the main picture was of a main lobby or some other shared space. Its the living room! Amazing views. If you like watching marine traffic of all kinds, or just listening to the surf, you dont even have to leave the couch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves meals, which saved a ton of money. All the long beach touristy things are just a few minutes away as well! Even the rest of LA wasn't too far away, including Universal Studios. Great jumping off point for active folks but also a nice place to just sit and relax. We did both and loved all of it!
