Belmont Beach House 6 Doors From the Beach, 2 Blocks from Trendy 2nd Street

Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful home. It has a great location being close to Ocean Boulevard/Belmont beach and very walkable to 2nd Ave shops and restaurants. The complementary snacks and the coffee and tea station were a great touch and amenity for the home.

House and host where Amazing Within a block or two of the beach and a few blocks from second st where food and shops are located Host was just a phone call away and is very accommodating I would definitely recommend

Great little house is a great little location!! We really enjoyed our stay, even though it rained the entire time we were there. We'll have to come back to experience the beach in the sunshine :)

Kitchen had all we need. Loved the coffee bar. Neighborhood is very quiet. I thought parking might be difficult with a large suv. It was not. 2nd street is a hoot but far enough removed to not be noisy. It was big enough for the 5 of us. Rented Duffy boats, electric bikes. Everyone is nice. We brought our own games. Table was big enough. We will want to come back as it’s close to everything.

The location is stunning and so was the home. As guests, we were so grateful of all the basic amenities provided in the kitchen and restrooms. A few updates for future guests is that the coffee maker is Keurig brand, not Nespresso as mentioned in the details in case one orders gridiron ahead of visit. And that TV mirroring was only compatible with Samsung devices, not Apple. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

The host was accomodating and quick with response time. Home was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach amenities. Overall a great stay!

Spacious home in a great location. Lovely front patio with lots of seating and a grill. Nice kitchen with good equipment and supplies. Three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Cooled by fans and one upstairs bedroom window air conditioner, which was fine if the weather is not too hot.

Overall the house very nice. I'd suggest that you add a mirror or 2 in the back bedroom upstairs for make-up & such. Also, another couple more dish towels in the kitchen and a dish cloth to wipe counters would have been nice.

The check-in was very simple. The property is lovely. Lots of space, clean, everything provided for a wonderful stay. We went to the beach multiple times a day. The beach was clean and not crowded. Many food choices on 2nd street. Parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and overall well kept. Parking was sometimes difficult especially over the 4th of July Holiday.

The house is super cute and recently updated. The house is well stocked with everything you need including all of the gear for the beach. The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the house. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Everything listed about this home is true! Fantastic location right by the beach AND close to great shopping and restaurants. Parking was not difficult as I feared but I did have to park a few streets away when we came in late. Owner thought of everything and was great at communication. Highly recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our family wanted a place in Long Beach that we could gather to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday. It was a fabulous place, great location and we even got to walk the neighborhood and find the house she lived in after college.

This house is very comfortable and roomy. It is in a great location that is walkable to many types of places, such as shops and restaurants, two different beaches, the Long Beach bike trail, and city bike rental stations. We really enjoyed the size of the kitchen for cooking as well. All in all a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend it.

What an amazing beach home! Less than a 5 minute walk to beach and shops on 2nd St. Lots of activities for teens and adults. Parking is a challenge but manageable during the week.

We search for a place near the UofC Long Beach campus to watch the USA Olympic Women's Volleyball Team Cup match with Netherlands before the olympics in Paris. This home was a pleasure to stay in. 2 night we simply walked up to 2nd street and had great dinners at Domenico's and Louies. The entire area is charming and you're only steps from the beach. Parking is rough as the day gets later, but there's plenty of parking nightly right on Ocean at the beach. We parked here 3 out of the 4 nights. Everything we needed was here including a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Long Beach.

The location of this home is great! We loved being able to just walk down to the beach, or up the street for coffee or a meal. The home had plenty of space for our family and was equipped with everything we needed. The parking was a little difficult, but we were always able to find a spot within a block of the home. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is adorable inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Quick stroll to the beach in one direction or to food and shopping in the opposite direction. Our family really enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay again in the future.

We definitely enjoyed our time in Long Beach and this rental was perfect. We enjoyed our family time whether it was grilling out or hanging out on the front porch. We also enjoyed walking to 2nd Avenue to all the restaurants. We would highly recommend this place to be your home away from home.
