Waterfront property on the Bay in Belmont Shores with beautiful waterfront views. The beach is right outside the door and a short walk to dining and shopping on 2nd Street., Belmont Shores. We have three (3) bedrooms; the master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has bunk beds. We have two (2) bathroom one has a tub and the other has a shower. Our full kitchen and dining table and counter seating area. We have a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room; we have black out blinds for privacy, Waterfront patio has outdoor dining table and BBQ. The living room has a Sealy Queen size sleeper sofa. Property sleeps 8. Bikes and paddle boards available for your use. We have an Off street parking space.brspace.Master bedroom has King size bed, ceiling fan & A/C and private bath with large shower, walk in closet perfect for Pack-n-Play.br2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, window A/Cbr3rd bedroom has twin size bunk beds with TV and window A/C great for kidsbrThere is a 2nd bathroom with a bathtub with shower head.brThe patio is great! I love sitting in the rocking chairs looking out over the bay and there is a large table for dining outside by the BBQ . The Bay beach is directly across the street; the street is closed to cars during the summer months. The Ocean beach is a block away with world class kite boarding, sailing,, and beach volleyball, basketball and a long bike/running path. to the Queen Mary and Shopping and dining is great on 2nd street or at the outlet stores and is only a block and a half away on 2nd Street. We have black out roller blinds in the livingroom to make sleeper sofa private. We have two Stand up paddle boards for your use to paddle through the Naples canals right outside the door! brDisneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Aquarium of the Pacific, shopping and dining on 2nd Street are some favorite activities. We hosted the US Women’s Olympic sailing team during their training! We have many guests come back year after year to vacation on the bay in Belmont Shores, Long Beach Permit #NRP22-00865

We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends.brbrWhen you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind.
