    We travelled to California from New Zealand for a visit to the Indie Car races and Disneyland. The house doesn’t look much from the outside but is very suitable inside for two families. There were 6 of us. We are the Grandparents and used the upstairs rooms where there is a large master bedroom, bathroom & separate lounge as well as the washing machine & dryer. There were a lot of extras supplied including washing tablets, toiletries and extra towels. The neighbourhood is lovely with supermarkets in walking distance & the local bus nearby. We used it a few times but also had a rental car. I would recommend this home & would stay again.

    Sara was wonderful. She was helpful and so kind. Neighborhood is fun, funky and the houses are so neat. Stores are close by. Second street is a bike ride away, as is the beach. (2 miles?) Property was nice. The woman in the front house is very sweet. We had no issues parking on the street. The back house is listed as is. Everything was pretty clean. There was a funky smell (urine?) when we arrived. It went away after that as we aired out the house. We hoped there was a TV in the master, as I thought I saw one when looking through photos.

    Our biggest issue was that this house is advertised as sleeping for 8, but we only had 5 towels. No options for more, as everything was locked. We stayed for 4 nights and had 7 people that needed to shower. Also, upon arrival I received a text from the “property manager” to call or text if we had any issues. We called when we arrived, no answer. No callback. I texted, no response. When we figured out the issue, I texted saying never mind, and then we got a response. Frustrating for sure…

    We had an amazing stay at this location. The experience was great. Everything we needed was available for instance cooking utensils, first aid kit, games, hangers and much more. The owner was kind and supportive. We are grateful for our experience.

    This home was is a great base of operations for our stay in Long Beach. Sara was wonderful! She reached out multiple times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I think the drive to the beach was 7 min. The house was in good shape. The AC units worked well. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying there.
