My apartment is situated in the Long Beach a short walk from the beach and downtown long beach. The bus stop is right in from of the building. Shopping centers and grocery stores very close by. it is only 3 miles from Long Beach state university and Long Beach city college.brThis is a new remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The space being offered for rent whole unit and available as a private bedroom too. In this unit, everything is remodeled had to toe. It is fully furnished and laundry is in the unit. Very clean apartment. It might get little noisy towards evening and at night. it is pretty convenient to walk to markets and the restaurants.brGuests will have access to all amenities. Including the kitchen, livingroom room and closet, washer and dryer.brI would like my guests to be comfortable and feel home as much as possible. i am open to any feedbacks from my guests to improve my apartment to be as homey as possible for one person to whole familes. I would like my guests to have the best time possible.brOur apartment is gated and secure, the street might be busy during the day and early evening but late in the evening it gets quite after 9:30 pm or 10 pm. The apartment in the corner therefore traffic runs from both street. brbrUnfortunately, the Parking might be tough after certain hours like 6 or 7 pm in the evening. You may need to drive around the blocks. It is street parking. Some of our guest do park in public parkings near by and take uber to apartment, which does not cost that much as our guests mentions in the reviews. This is old neighborhood that most apartments dont have dedicated parking space. I wish we did.brSome of our guests unload the car which you can pull over little further up from the bus stop and then park the car so you dont have to carry the bags where you park.brThis is a nice good neighborhood that is close to beach, restaurants, Long Beach aquarium, coffee shops so on.brBus is right in front of the building, metro station is near by, Uber, or rent a bicycle.
