The sofa turns into a queen size bed when needed. Adjacent to family room is a pool table and pub table. Immediately off the family room is a large deck with an umbrella table (seats 6) and a gas BBQ. A full size front loading washer and dryer is located next to the guest bathroom. brbrThere are 3 bedrooms. The Master has a king size bed. The master bath has a shower tub combo. The deck is accessible from the Master. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunk bed plus a pull out twin. The guest bathroom has a shower bath combo. Please note that the house sleeps 7 in bedrooms and two additional guests with pull out sofa bed for a total of 9.brbrThere is additional outside seating space on the front patio.
