We charge per person $125 per night for additional overnight guests or $40 per person for additional guests not spending the night. If you are planning on hosting additional guests for a get together, Baby Revel, BBQ, pool party, any type of event we are happy to host. We will send you a questionnaire to fill out. We welcome a specific number of additional guests. Our event concierge is required, with 20 guests or more, and we charge $45 per hour. The concierge is familiar with the home and there to assist you with greeting guests, parking, no parking zones, city compliance, noise levels, and anything you may need during your event. brbrPreplanning and communication prior to as well as adherence to city policy's compliance and maximum compacity needs to be agreed upon and followed so you can help us stay in business. Any guests that have an event without approval and without the hosts knowledge the booking is subject to cancellation.
