We were inspired by our stays in cozy Mediterranean vacation rentals. brbrThe house has fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, DVD player, and lots of books and games for kids and adults. Beautifully landscaped private back and side yards with Weber BBQ and outdoor hot water shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house architecture provides total privacy; with guest having an exclusive use of the downstairs, fenced in back/side yards, outdoor shower, BBQ, and 2 car driveway. Only the front yard is shared with the owners. brbrSeacliff beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It is wide, 19+ mile long, and in low tide you can walk 1.5 mi to Capitola. Spend quiet weekdays swimming, boogie boarding and surfing with just the dolphins, whales, seals and shorebirds to keep you company. br brThis is a great location for visiting Monterrey, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz, 17 Mile Drive or just relaxing on the beach.

High speed internet is also available throughout the house. Each bedroom has their own TV.brbrIn the garage, there is a regulation pool table with a 50 TV to keep everyone entertained. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and a corn hole game.brbrThe roof top deck has panoramic views of the Rio Del Mar area along with a peak of the ocean. brbrGuests will love the location of this home - Venus Restaurant is just down the street along with the famous Pixies Deli. Walk along the beach towards the cement boat & guests can venture up the outdoor stairs to the state parking lot just blocks away from Manual's (an excellent Mexican food restaurant with exceptional margaritas). brbrAptos BBQ is just up the street from the house and has a phenomenal selection of local beers with top notch meats & salads (you might even be able to catch a local blues band on a Sunday night). In addition, there is a large wine bar across the street from Aptos BBQ.brbrThe recently opened Hideout restaurant is a treat and is just a bit further down the Soquel road.brbrIf you want to venture out a bit more, Capitola is just a couple miles up the road & has excellent boutique shopping and several restaurants along the beach. In addition, the Santa Cruz boardwalk is a very short drive & has entertainment for all (rides, games, surfing, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, scuba diving, etc.). brbrMonterey Bay with the renowned Aquarium and Cannery Row is just 40 minutes south.
