This was the perfect place for my much needed solo R&R. The condo was lovely, was in a great location with magnificent view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, and very quiet and serene. It had everything I needed and easy walk or drive to so many activities and sites. Underground parking and easy access to the condo. Highly recommend.

Freezer in refrigerator didn't work well. Leaked a little in refrigerator. Not a big deal.Otherwise everything was great.

Nice stay with incredibly special view and patio. Studio was spacious, clean and updated.

Check in easy, excellent WI-FI, easy to get to with ample parking, kitchen stocked well, good bed/pillows, great towels, small shopping center across the street w/pizza, deli, restaurants, shops and Electrify America station. Short walk downhill to beautiful beach. 15-25 minute drive into Capitola, Santa Cruz, Boardwalk, beaches, harbor with kayaking/amusements/more restaurants and beaches.

Great. No problems except couldn’t find heater and it was really hot.

I stay regularly at Seascape. This is one of my favorite units here. Always clean, great location, and great views! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Beautiful room nice and clean comfortable and nice location near the beach, really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and beaches also enjoy the beautiful walks on the trails.

We loved the views and the property was clean and well stocked! Liked the walk down to the beach or to the bluffs.

The studio condo was very convenient to local shopping and has a beautiful balcony view. We enjoyed the walking trails, beach access, pool and spa. The owners communicated well. Very nice place for a weekend getaway and parking in the garage was easy. Thank you

The sunset pic is just what you see between your toes as you relax with the ocean breeze wafting over you.Perfect location for restaurants, groceries, champagne supplies--an EZ stroll.Need exercise? walk down the path to the beach.I shouldn't reveal this gem or it may not be avail. when I need a get away in the future.Only drawback is the usual hotel guest noise on the weekend.Hosts were perfect gems. They smoothed it all out for this old gal with no phone app skills

The property was exactly as advertused!! It was spacious, clean with a great location. We especially liked the balciny with sea view.. Finding the property and entry was seamless. We would love to rent it again.

My 24 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We relaxed on the balcony, spent time on the beach, ordered food by the pool! The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean and light. We will be back! Thank you.

Very nice, clean and confortable property. Ear the beach from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Bathroom a bit tight but studio is large. Nice views.

Room was nice and as advertised. The only thing I can think of, I don’t want to sound nitpicky, was the door combo to enter. In past rentals I’ve use they used cell phone number for code and it was much easier, seems a little trivial I suppose. I would recommend this room and I would rent this room in the future.

Morning coffee by the fireplace, picnic lunch on the beach, sunset dinners on the balcony, what a terrific retreat. Expansive view but feels private at the same time. The resort property is spotless and well maintained, easy paved walk to the beach was a plus!

My spouse and I and had a lovely stay. The condo studio was very clean and there is an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The property was very nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and walking on the paths that over look the beach. Would definitely stay again.

I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew. After a beautiful low tide sunset walk on the beach, I returned to find it immaculately welcoming. The suite has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation on Monterey Bay. I can’t wait to escape the busy Bay Area again and enjoy another serene experience.

We had a great stay at this recently remodeled studio. The sunset views were spectacular and the studio was well supplied although since there wasn't an oven, a BBQ would have really been nice! The fireplace and location really made this a special mini vacation. The mattress was comfortable but hot. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort was overcrowded due to a wedding. Didn't get to use the pool. Beach below was overcrowded and gnarly. The restaurant was overpriced and items were misrepresented by servers.Not a quiet beach retreat for those looking for one.

Our room was cozy, very clean and fabulous view of the ocean. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck watching sunset. Beautiful grounds, nice walking paths. Appreciated the kitchenette for some meals and great market with local produce right across the street. Host was easy to communicate with and replied right away. Pillows were too soft for us so I recommend to bring your own pillows or would be nice if hosts would get more firm and comfortable pillows. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place!

We got married at Seascape Resort last year and planned on spending our anniversary at the resort. That’s when we reserved Mr Manrao’s condo. The room was clean and comfortable. He had added thoughtful extras. It had a beautiful ocean view. We plan to reserve his condo for our next stay. Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary special

The view was so nice-even when it was overcast! I really appreciated the nice pillows, so many times the pillows are sub par. Thank you for a lovely visit.

We had my 70th birthday & kids & grandkids stayed somewhere else. We enjoyed the pool & spa ! Nicely furnished & Kuernig coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge, dishwasher . Comfortable bed too!

Clean and easy access and entry with an ocean view

This unit is just perfect. Very private, great views, a nice deck, and the property is so quiet and serene. Beach is a short walk down a path. Wonderful for getting away from it all!

I enjoyed my clean and updated studio with a private balcony which overlooks the beach. The studio was updated and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Had a little trouble locating the keypad code, but other than that this unit is great!
