It DOES NOT measure conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.brbr-The second floor of the unit has an open space concept.brbr-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.brbr-The building is currently installing a new outdoor hot tub. During this time, you may notice a temporary construction fence in the outdoor area. Please note that the indoor hot tub will remain open and available for use throughout the construction period.brWelcome to your home away from home! Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.brbr5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.brbr6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.brbr7.
