All suites are non-smoking.brbrWe are located close to shopping, dining, wineries, golf, beaches, and only about 15 minutes from Kelowna. Close to everything you need. A car is recommended for your stay. Local transit and taxis are also available. Many local companies offer Wine Tours and will pick up at the complex. brbrWe are approximately 1/2 hour min. drive from/to the airport, 15 mins to DT Kelowna, 15 mins to Peachland, minutes to local beaches and golfing too! Plenty of restaurants (30+) and shopping in the area as well. Wal-Mart, London Drugs, Superstore, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Save On Foods are some of the bigger retail stores nearby.brbrThere may be potential for wildfire smoke in Summer. Any COVID protocols must be followed. Some amenities are seasonal only. Pool is open from mid-May, until the end of September. brbrThere is an underground parkade with elevator in each building. There is also free outdoor available parking in the overflow lot. We do not offer EV charging yet unfortunately, and guests are not allowed to plug into any electrical outlet on the property for charging purposes.brbrQuiet time in the complex is 10 p.m. All guests must respect the other tenants in the building. Any unruly behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a fine. brbrWe also require the names of all guest(s) who will be staying during your booking.brbrPlease note we do not currently have a BBQ at this unit.brbrPool toys / floaties are not allowed at the pools.

Lakeview Cottage with Pool and Hot Tub

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lakeview Luxury cottage at La Casa resort boasts a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large deck with an unobstructed view of Lake Okanagan! La Casa resort has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playground and a waterpark on the lake. Beach and pool are a 5 min walk away. brbrThe cottage is 45 minutes to Kelowna and 35 minutes to Vernon.brbrThe cottage is fully furnished and has A/C, WiFi and Netflix. The bottom floor has a covered garage, laundry facilities and a room for kids that has a bunk bed (twin over full). The main floor has the open concept living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room faces the patio with an amazing view of Lake Okanagan. There are two bedrooms on the main floor - each bedroom had a queen bed and a closet. The upper floor has a loft containing a queen bed with dresser and a bathroom. The loft has a spectacular view of the lake. brbrThe cottage has all the items you will need during vacation including beach towels, foldable wagon for taking your kids and their stuff to the beach and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, if you need it. The deck has a BBQ and a patio set so you can enjoy magnificent sunrises and majestic sunsets with an unobstructed view of Lake Okanagan. We have the best view in La Casa!brbrThe cottage is a 5 minute walk from the main level pool, two hot tubs, a playground, mini golf (equipment is all there), beach volley ball , two tennis courts, a general store which has a restaurant and cafe. The cafe sells alcohol and pre-made family meals for easy dinners. There is ATV and dirt bike access just outside the main entrance of LaCasa. The upper level at Terazona has a forest that is great for nature walks. The cottage is a 5 min walk from the lower level which has beach access for when you want to take a swim or play around in the water park. La Casa also has a marina with a boat launch if you want to put your boat or sea-doo in the water and offers marina rentals. Fintry is a 5 minute drive away, it also has a nice beach and a boat launch. brbrLots of wine tours and fruit farms in the area. brbrWinter Activities:brbrSnowmobiling / ATV / Snowshoeing on trails / Skiing/ Snowboarding at Big White Ski Resort/ Silver Star Mountain Resort.brbrAmenities PassbrbrTo use the amenities at La Casa (pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, water park, beach, volleyball courts, mini golf, etc.) you will need to attain an AMENITIES PASS from the strata office.
