Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure.brbrThe Space:brAccess will include - 1 queen bed and 1 bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge and smart TV. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing (Our area falls under International Dark Sky, Which means soft light is used around the whole area). This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Kaibab National Forest/Grand Canyon National Park South Rim, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.brbrGuest Access:br1-car parking area. Please come and go as you wish. The front door is a smart lock and needs a 4-digit code to get in, guests will receive code once they book the room. There is also a gazebo and BBQ grills that guests have access to.brbrGuest interaction: Best way to communicate is thru booking platform.brWe take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way. We do not interact with guests, we leave you to come and go as you please and give you the privacy you want.brbrThe Neighborhood:brYou will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Grand Canyon Rentals Adventures, our other Grand Canyon business renting ATVs, or Bearizona in Williams.brbrThe area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as streetlights and security cameras.brbrGetting Around:brThere is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.brbrOther Things to Note:brThe location is in between the city of Williams, AZ, and the Grand Canyon South Rim. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It is located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. Please be courteous to people who live in or are traveling the area like yourself.brbrInteraction with Guests:brWe take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way. We do not interact with guests, we leave you to come and go as you please and give you the privacy you want.
