It was down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere BUT it was very comfortable and clean and my adult children, their friends and I, absolutely LOVED it!

I thought this would be a great option for my annual group hike from the north rim to south rim. I REALLY needed this place for my south side accommodations so booked it in May. Of course this year the traffic Dragon Bravo fire burned up much of the park on the north side and it was closed. I was hopng it would reopen for the hike but it didn't so i needed to cancel the trip (everyone was coming in from out of town to do the iconic R2R hike). In late August i texted through VRBO chat to cancel. They canceled but policymakers says i only get half back. I tried calling and got an off shore calling center that regugitates their policy to me. I was hoping to somehow get in touch with management but they push me off. DONT STAY HERE. If you have an emergency you are out half your money. *i will gladly change this if someone would reach out to me. I told the people on the phone i would like to partner and maybe rent the place every year. Please communicate with me.

This is a really tiny home.It is good for 4, definetaly not good for 8. the loft area does not have active ventilation and gets very hot during the day.It will be great if the host provides more cookware. Another note is that the bathroom door does not have a lock and provides no provacy. The house was clean. the location is relatively close to grand canyon.

My first experience staying in a tiny home. The home was just as advertised. It was very convenient to the National Park. We enjoyed it.
