There is about 1/4 mile of dirt road which includes our driveway. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool. brbrSmoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit.
