State Tax #21272215 This is a smoke free property. Convenient location, near midtown Tucson. Casita C (850sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a saltwater pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ALLOWED!

Please note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. Plan to have a couple of friends for family members over please just let us know. They will need to park on the street and you will need to escort them in. The site is an acre in size, there are 8 cameras that record 24/7 on the property. The cameras are located on the exterior of the buildings and allow the Owners to view the parking lot, property entrances, pool area and rear portion of the site. No cameras view or record inside the building or in the private rear yards of each unit.

Pool: there is a large pool in the center of the property that is open 8 am to 8 pm and is for use by paying guests only. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool.

Smoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. If smoking is noticed inside our rental, you will be charged for a thorough professional cleaning at a minimum of $250 to clean all bedding, furniture, walls, etc.

Additional charges-

Rental rate is based upon double occupancy (meaning up to 2 people in a unit) We charge for additional guests above 2-this includes kids. Additional guest fee is $30 per person per night. Have someone stay just one night-you need to pay for that guest for that one night ahead of time. You must notify us ahead of time if you do have additional guests stay the night so we can collect the additional fees.

Sales tax is 12.1% and collected for all rental payments and fees.

    My friend and I stayed here on a visit to Saguaro. It’s not far from either part of the park, and conveniently located near a grocery store, Walmart, and several other shops. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The parking area is gated so you know your car is safe and the common areas are well maintained.

    We were visiting our daughter at U of A for a week and it only took us 8 minutes to drive to her house near campus. The property was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had quality kitchenware and appliances - everything you need. We loved having a small fenced backyard for our dog and there was a nice park we could walk to only 1 block away. I felt like I was in the middle of Tucson because I could get almost anywhere I wanted to go within 20 minutes. It was also nice to have the washer/dryer while we were there. There is plenty of good shopping and many restaurants around, too. The property's landscaping is beautiful. We were able to use the hoses outside to wash our bikes, too.We'll stay at Desert Moon Vacation Rentals again next time we're in Tucson.

    Comfortable roomy and clean suite for a small group. Loved that I had a closed in patio to let my pups out in. Pool was refreshing and bbq area was great! The owners were very prompt when I reached out. Area was good for shopping and close to downtown. Would book again.

    The condo was a great fit and size for the 3 of us for our visit to Tucson when moving my daughter into UA. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus and not too far from major roads to get around town. The pool was nice to use at night to cool off and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with baking dishes and bowls to make meals. The AC was able to quickly cool off the condo when we returned from errands. I would return here for our next visit.
