It has beautiful double pane windows to help reduce any noise and roller shades that will provide an unobstructed gorgeous view of the Catalina Mountains. We have tiled throughout the condo and roller shades (no cords in the bedrooms) to minimize the risk of any pet issues and it is meticulously cleaned. Our condo is just a short 5 min (1.8 mile) drive from Sabino Canyon hiking trails. We are not on-site, but we do have a local caretaker if you have any issues. This is a Smart Home, so you can check in any time after 4:00 PM by just using your individual code.
