Stayed Jan 6, 2026Great place, we wanted something close to the U of A arena and this was very walkable even in the rain. We had some mixups on the communication but Marcus was easily reached and very responsive. Clean and nice firm beds. Pleased with this rental. No hair dryer available.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025We were easily able to walk to campus for my son's wheelchair basketball tournament. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking spaces and plenty of room for all six of us in the house. We would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025It's a nice property that was convenient to the University. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024Not clean and was asked to sweep. Not typical. Doors to bathrooms wouldn’t close completely. Got locked from inside of one of the bedrooms had to have someone open the door from outside of bedroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t open. Bedroom sheet’s didnt feel clean or washed and smelled.
