We are 5 minutes to Old town also close to the 5 minutes to Tempe. br I can see the zoo a block away when I run or walk along the canal . That makes it really nice to get around and do stuff. It is a 2 bedroom one bath it has a huge bonus room with a desk. Both beds are queens one has a topper pretty comfortable beds too. br brbr The condo is pretty spacious lots of room, with the big bonus room attached. Washing & dryer in the unit it makes it nice not having to go to the main laundry that is in the complex, allowing you to do it at your leisure. The home has a really nice pool that is kept at the perfect temperature all year long. There are new gas BBQ grills out by the pool nice to have BBQ when ever you like. All is included utilities, Wi-Fi ,extended cable. brThis property was my dads great memories from when we would visit for spring break with the kids and spend hours at the pool and just a wonderful time relaxing.
