Bathrooms & Essentials:

Towels & Toiletries: Each bed comes with a basket containing 4 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 makeup towels, 2 travel-size shampoos, 2 travel-size conditioners, and 2 travel-size soaps.

Bathrooms: Equipped with blow dryers and plenty of toilet paper. The hallway bathroom includes a tub.

Important Notes:

Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee.

Pool heat is available for an additional $100/day for the entire stay. (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).

Guest Access:
You will have full access to all areas, except for the locked owner's closet.

Other Things to Note:
There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at our property!
-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.
-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.
-Send us a photo of your pet
-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.

Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.

Pool heating is available for $100/day. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.

We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.

Interaction with Guests:
