Private condo near Mayo Clinic with garage, patio, office, and pool access.

First time in Arizona to visit the Mayo Clinic. I truly could not have asked for a better rental. Location is superb with a 2 minute drive to the clinic, 2-5 minute drive to shopping, grocery, dining. Whether you want fine dining or a sandwich at Whole Foods, everything is within a few minute drive. This condo also offers 2 master suites which comes in handy if you are there for a medical reason and stairs are not an option. Enjoyed the outside space, clean pool area and I can't say enough about location. For us that was a huge thing. I felt safe while my husband was in the hospital and you can even walk to the Mayo Clinic and enjoy their trails. I would recommend to anyone however, especially those who are there for medical reasons at the Mayo.

This was a very nice property. It was well equipped in the kitchen and with household items in general. Very nice outdoor patio area. Kevin was welcoming and quick to respond to any correspondence. Had a great trip. We would stay here again.

Stayed for over a week at this residence. Rate it excellent in every way. Great location with easy access to all main roads to all of PHX. Will stay at this facility again on next visit.ed

I was very comfortable in Kevin’s unit! Bed was great. Location to Mayo was perfect. Host, Kevin was wonderful!

We stayed for a month. The place was clean, comfortable and was as described. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The location was great. It was close to medical center and different businesses and places of interest. Some issues came up including the internet, but Kevin took care of them promptly. The kitchen had items needed for daily use including spices. As we stayed for a month, there were sufficient towels and sheets. It felt like home. Thank you.

We stayed two weeks and felt at home. Loved the outdoor patio area. Very relaxing and close to plenty of shopping and activities. Kitchen was perfect for our stay. Washer and dryer. Bathrooms were updated and nice. Thank you for hosting your vrbo. Host quickly responded to all questions.

My family really enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo in March this year. The host is very responsive and helpful. The condo is very well equipped, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Two spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk in closet. We particularly appreciate that one bedroom is on the 2nd floor, providing privacy when we have guests. The two car parking garage is nice. The small patio area is clean and good to have morning coffee. The location is convenient. Overall it is a very good experience.

We enjoyed our quick 1 night stay here. It was clean, nicely decorated & had everything we needed.

We ventured to Scottsdale for the week, attending the WM Open. We brought our 2 pups too. Great location, close proximity to anything you’d need! Would definitely stay again!
