While not brand-new or modern, it offers vintage charm and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.brbr5- There is no central AC but we will provide 2 portable ACs from June through September only. For car drivers, we are very close to both north and south exits of I-5 freeway. There is a Hertz rental inside the Convention Center just 1 block away (and you can park the rental car there for free). In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 extremely comfortable queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. We also have a memory foam floor mattress to add an additional sleeping space as well. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. brbrWe have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! brbrThe building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues.
