Day or night, this area is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink, or meal (Barbecue's are available on a first come, first served basis) and take in the spectacular views. You wont miss the space needle, showing off her beauty, or the cityscape on the other side of the rooftop. You also get a peek of the bay!brbrOther things to notebrThe check out is 11am. That is when our cleaner arrives. If you leave after 11am and our cleaner can't clean on time and has to come back later, the double of the cleaning fee will be charged. Parking is very expensive in Seattle and traffic can be very bad so leaving and coming back at a later time is very time consuming and quite a burden.

Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor.
