In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. brbrWe have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! brbrThe building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. It is also next to a super cool sculpture park! brbrNote: Some of this info and prices might not be up to date.brbrGuest accessbrThere are many great aspects of this condo building that can be accessed by our guests. brbrThere is a small gym, perfect for a quick workout to burn off some of the great food you will be eating while in the city. brbrThere is a business center (currently closed due to Covid reasons) if you do not have your computer with you and need to get online or print something.brbrSorry we do not allow packages to be delivered however there are Amazon Lockers across in the building across the street.brbrHowever by far the best space available to our guests is the rooftop. Day or night, this area is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink, or meal (Barbecue's are available on a first come, first served basis) and take in the spectacular views. You wont miss the space needle, showing off her beauty, or the cityscape on the other side of the rooftop. You also get a peek of the bay!brbrOther things to notebrThe check out is 11am. That is when our cleaner arrives. If you leave after 11am and our cleaner can't clean on time and has to come back later, the double of the cleaning fee will be charged. Parking is very expensive in Seattle and traffic can be very bad so leaving and coming back at a later time is very time consuming and quite a burden.
