If a completely quiet and family oriented environment is a must have for you, the downtown area may not be the best place to stay. brbr*Our home is part of a wonderful community made up of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. Parties or gatherings in the condo are not permitted, and will be reported. brbr*An efficient portable air conditioner is available during warm weather. There is also a ceiling fan and a portable box fan. The condo is not equipped with central air conditioning. brbr*During cooler months, typically November through April, the portable A/C is not available. brbr*The pull out sofa bed contains a mattress that requires inflation. It is a combination of spring coil support with a layer of cushioned air, enclosed in a zippered encasement. Extra linens and pillows are provided. brbr*There is also a queen size air mattress you may prefer as an alternative to the pull out sofa bed. brbr*The check in method is via a call box at the building entrance. Check in is available between 4:00pm and 12:00am. Check in is not available after 12:00am. brbr*The parking space in the underground garage is best suited for compact to mid size vehicles.
