From the house, you can reach nearly everything you need within a 10–15 minute walk — including eateries, grocery stores, cafés, shops, concert venues, and the post office. Public transportation can take you downtown in about 20 minutes, and scooters and bikes are readily available throughout the neighborhood. There is also a cozy, tent-like attic space where the largest of the three bedrooms is located. Another addition of my house is the studio with incredible light from all directions and access to the backyard patio.brbrBedrooms:brThere are three bedrooms total. Two are on the first floor and have double beds. The larger bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed.brbrBathrooms:brThe house has one bathroom which is located on the first floor.brbrPlease note:brThe main floor includes a spacious bathroom, a large kitchen, and comfortable sitting and dining areas.brbrThe two first-floor bedrooms are on the smaller side, and the upstairs bedroom is accessed by steep stairs and does not have a bathroom on that level.
