The mini split units also provide heat. brbrParking is only available along the public street. It is free and does not require a permit, but there is a general 72-hour rule for street parking in Seattle, meaning you cannot park a vehicle on the same city street for more than three days without moving it at least once. There are some streets closer to the lake that do require a fee, so be on the lookout for pay to park signs. brbrThe house is situated further back from the public sidewalk/street frontage, at the end of a row of townhouses.
