Boutique Chic Garden Retreat a Fremont Oasis w/ a BBQ, fire pit & outdoor dining

A lovely stay! We especially enjoyed the side yard for our morning coffee!

Charming and cozy house with thoughtful amenities and lots of character. As if you’re staying in someone’s home. It’s well taken care of! The fireplace is lovely and so is the backyard. There is one bathroom and the third bedroom is downstairs in the basement, but it is nicely set up. The stay was great. We had a hiccup at check in but the host went above and beyond and simply made it right and quickly. Appreciate the human touch.

This was a perfect place to stay. In town for my son’s wedding and everything was great! Easy parking, safe and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend! Our hist responded quickly when she was told we left some items behind. Sent them to us right away!

Our stay was lovely!

We loved having a fireplace on the chilly nights, home was very clean and well stocked. We were able to walk to restaurants and found parking on the street easily. Very stylish decor.

The space was exactly where we wanted to be just outside downtown Seattle, walking distance to groceries, cafes and bars. Plenty of street parking for a low stress experience. We enjoyed many an hour reading by the fireplace and cooking our own meals. Laundry in the basement is always a lifesaver for packing.

So many things were right. Listing has 3 bedroom I believe. It really isn't!Couch in living area is very uncomfortable!Mattresses in both bedrooms are very old.

Would stay here again! Wonderful experience.

My family and I had a comfortable stay (8 days) at this cozy property in July, 2025. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, the location was convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet. I also appreciate the quality of cookware in the kitchen because we had dinner at the property each night (Trader Joe's a few minutes away). There are a handful of additional things that I really appreciate about this property such as the close proximity to the park, additional towels/linens, and outdoor BBQ area. Keep in mind that there is only 1 bathroom, and it has a standup shower, so that might be a dealbreaker if you need a bath tub. My twin 9-year olds, 12-year old, wife, and I made it work but it took a little bit of coordinating. After long days exploring the Seattle area, we had very comfortable evenings watching movies in the basement bedroom, playing card games in the living room, enjoying the cool breeze on the front porch, cooking in the back yard, and enjoying meals in the dining room. Really, we had a comfortable and enjoyable time in this home away from home. I'll also add that the decor of the home was cheerful; such a charming and bright place to relax in.I'll end this review by sharing how helpful Alycia (property owner) was with sharing information. I sent her a few text messages about good neighborhoods, schools, and activities in Seattle. She responded with very thoughtful and thorough insights. Sooo nice to have a great host. Many thanks!

It's so well decorated, gorgeous little garden outside. Bedrooms are spare but beds are comfortable and the temperature can be adjusted with air conditioning units in the windows. Basement bedroom is very unfinished, but fine for a teen.

The house is charming and well stocked with everything. And it is in a great neighborhood. Also parking was always easy right next to the house.

The photos don’t do this home justice! We walked in and felt a wave of magic and colorful inspiration!! The table fit all six of us and we had a lovely dinner and it made for even better photos. Highly reccomend, the host was super accommodating and has great communication. Thank you!

Property was super cute and very clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. Loved being able to park our truck in a safe feeling neighborhood, while we ubered into downtown. The only thing my husband would have liked was a bigger shower as he is over 6 feet tall:) haha

My best friends and I stayed at the Boutique Chic Garden Retreat for my 30th Birthday! We decorated it to the theme of “Love Island” and had a great night filled with good food and games! Alycia was a great host with amazing communication! I would most definitely stay here again, it was a very unique place with unforgettable memories I’ll share for a lifetime with my friends!
