Should you require the portable A/C's be available during the cool weather season, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before your stay. brbr***The ground floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but there are multiple portable fans inside the house. brbr***Each room has heating, and its own thermostat to adjust to each occupant's comfort level. Should you need more warmth, there are also portable space heaters.brbr***High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.2 Gbps, Bose Bluetooth speaker, board games, and an air purifier are all included. brbr***We have two on site parking spots right next to the townhouse! One is a carport style, and the other is uncovered.
