Tranquil Skyview Oasis

Decent location to what we needed. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a 4 plex that someone redid in IKEA from top to bottom. It’s an older building with thin walls..so I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. First thing we noted was countertops and table were dirty from previous tenants. There were ants in every room with ant traps set up in the corners. Kitchen sink didn’t have cold water. We ran out of toilet paper after the first day. No washcloths. No kitchen towels. No dish soap. Didn’t have a full set of any pieces of silverware. Only had one coffee mug. So I had to purchase mugs, kitchen towels, dish soap and toilet paper to survive the two nights. Plus there was a constant sewer smell coming out of the bathroom shower and kitchen sink. The only plus side was it was quiet at night. I hate leaving a negative review but this was a terrible stay!

This place had cabinets falling off the hinges in the bathroom, it had trash stacked outside, the front storm door was broken as you walked in, the coffee table pictured only had 3 legs and was propped up against the wall for support. there were not trash bags or toilet paper and to top it all off, it had ants crawling around the kitchen. We left I wouldn't stay here with my adult children, much less kids.

The house looked nice at first glance but the closer we looked, the worse it got. House had a funny smell as soon as you walked in, the bathroom floor had black shoe prints on the tile, the extra linens were balled up and shoved on the closet shelves, found some dirty jeans and trash on the closet shelves as well, there were q tips and hair in the nightstand drawer and the property says no pets allowed but found pet hair in the furniture. I’m very allergic to dogs and cats so I contacted the owner to say we were checking out and owner agreed to refund us all but one night’s fee. It’s been over a month and still haven’t received the refund. The owner stopped responding to me and now won’t respond to VRBO customer service either. Stay far away from this owner and property!
