Nearly all of the windows open up to allow the breeze to bring in the crisp ocean smell into the space. If the space gets too hot or cold, the home is equipped with central heating, and air conditioning to ensure that you will be comfortable! The space has its own separate and private entrance. The entryway has access to a washer and dryer free of charge if you need to use them. You will enter the space from a side gate from the front of the house. Parking will consist of street parking near our home (within 1 block), but may not be directly in front of the home.
