House is on 8.5 private acres that is a very nice mix of open sunniness and forest. There are porches both covered and uncovered. Large yard with a fire pit and room for outside games. Interior is 2400 feet of comfort. Well equipped full kitchen with dinning room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with king beds and 1 queen in the master bedroom. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed. There are 2 full baths, on the second floor, one in the master bedroom with a shower and claw foot tub, one shared with a shower tub combo. There you can enjoy Liberty Bay Waterfront Park, art galleries, quaint boutiques, and restaurants. 25 minutes to the Kingston Ferry and 35 minutes to the Bainbridge ferry. brbrWe have just implemented air conditioning which is not very usual in this area . The House have large kitchen with every necessary appliance and a breakfast counter. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and everything else you might need to make a wonderful meal. Pantry is stock with coffee, cream, Sugar, salt, and almost all the seasoning do you will need, this is courtesy for the ease of your stay but is not guarantee the amount. You can serve meals in our spacious Dining Room. The kitchen opens to the large living room. The spacious layout provides opportunities for memorable family interactions and a perfect environment for a movie night (We have a smart 55”TV with cable and Netflix). The house has brthree bedrooms (sleep six, 2 person each bedroom). Two of the three bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. We have one full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. We provide supplies like shampoo, soap, towels and linens. The two bright airy downstairs Living Rooms have comfortable seating. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.brbr2- There are a few steps/stairs on the driveway to the fairland cottage. brbr3- The upstairs bedroom has 3 bunk beds and a play area up the spiral staircase which needs adults' supervision for small kids. brbr4- Upstairs bathroom only has a bathtub without a shower. brbr5- A set of curtains is to divide the dedicated work space and dining area.brbr6- The house is on septic so please only dispose toilet paper and natural wastebrbr7- A Tesla charger in the garage can be requested with a $15/car-day fee. Please, contact your cohost.brbr8- There is weekly maintenance which may occur during your stay.brbr9- Guests need to buy charcoal for the BBQ.brbr10- While there is no air conditioning, the proximity to the water keeps the temperature cooler.brbr11- Please note it’s an older home, To avoid tripping the breaker, we recommend not running two high-wattage appliances on the same circuit (like a hair dryer and curling iron).
