Rainier, and incredible nature scenery - keep a lookout for the occasional whales seen crossing the Bay!brbrThis 4 bedroom home sits perched above Liberty Bay and is right in-between Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Bremerton making it central for exploring in any direction. Enjoy the best unobstructed views of the bay and watch for the occasional whale passing by! Please note that while this home offers stunning views of the water, it is not located directly on the waterfront. The closest access to the water is at the Brownsville Marina, which is just 1 mile away, about a three-minute drive. brbrUpon entering the home you will be greeted with a large open concept main floor with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a full bathroom, large living room with a smart TV and high quality throws to cozy up with, a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied, and two bedrooms- one which is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and the other bedroom offers a king sized bed. Follow the French doors off the living room outside to the deck and enjoy a large BBQ, a propane space heater, and seating to take in those views! brbrHead downstairs to find a large entertainment room including an oversized couch, another smart TV, desk, board games, and even a ping pong table! Off the entertainment room there is a full sized laundry room, two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom (all of our bathrooms come stocked with the needed essentials for your stay). One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The other downstairs bedroom sleeps four and is decked out for the younger guests by providing two twin sized beds, a climbing wall and even a loft area to escape too! brbrHead outside from downstairs and enjoy a playground for the kids and a cozy firepit for the adults...again, don`t forget, wood is provided! brbrThings to do are endless in this area, with just a short walk to the Port of Brownsville you can enjoy a walk along the water and beautiful views of the bay, marina, and marine life. You can also venture into historic downtown Poulsbo for a variety of fun shops, a museum, restaurants, and coffee and ice cream eateries! There`s also the nearby towns of Bremerton, Silverdale and Port Orchard to explore. From Bremerton you could even catch a ferry to Seattle for the day! House is on 8.5 private acres that is a very nice mix of open sunniness and forest. There are porches both covered and uncovered. Large yard with a fire pit and room for outside games. Interior is 2400 feet of comfort. Well equipped full kitchen with dinning room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with king beds and 1 queen in the master bedroom. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed. There are 2 full baths, on the second floor, one in the master bedroom with a shower and claw foot tub, one shared with a shower tub combo. The first floor bath has a claw foot tub. House is not child proofed.

Great, private studio apartment with separate entrance in our basement. Recently remodeled with nice finishes. Guests are welcome to use the hot tub as well as the patio dining set.brbrEasy to access to Seattle via the state ferries out of Kingston or Bainbridge. The fast ferry out of Kingston to Seattle is a nice experience as well. We're close to the Olympic Peninsula and downtown Poulsbo is less than 15 minutes.brbrWe're just over a mile south of the famed Hood Canal floating bridge.brbrThe spacebrSuite includes a king size bed as well as a futon that can sleep one adult or a couple of kids. Kitchenette includes Keurig, various creamers for coffee, a hot plate, toaster, microwave, flatware as well as plates, glasses, and bowls.brbrWe also have a hot tub that guests are welcome to use as well as beach towels. brbrInstructions for this and the apartment are found in a binder in the apartment.
