Very clean, nicely accomodated from furnishings, kitchen, tv, bathroom bedrooms. Comfortable, peaceful, bird watch from patio. Saw several varieties of birds. Even saw a King Fisher get a fish, a couple of eagles, an otter having clam breakfast, and a couple racoons foraging and eating crabs and clams. First time ever seeing raccoons gorging on non human provided food.

This place was fantastic. It's right on the water. We saw 5 otters and 10 seals from the living room. Sunsets were gorgeous. Our boy loved it and still talks about it.

Unique and cozy property. Nice updates throughout. We loved watching seals and otters right from the deck and front window. Views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains are amazing. We would stay again. One item to mention is the property is listed as beachside / beach retreat but it is not a beach you would stroll or relax on as it is small, had a lot of weeds/stickers and is muddy at low tide so we didn't spend time on it. Waterfront or water access would be a better description.

Soon as I walked through the front door, I knew I'd be back! This is a magical place: clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Communication with host was excellent, and the view and beach were absolutely magical!

Location couldn’t have been more beautiful. Double doors wouldn’t close or latch and the deadbolt didn’t work, but I was told that was left that way for easy escape in case of fire. The sliding screen door had a tear in it which I reported. the shower had no rubber mat and there was no throw rug on the floor. I noted these things and the property manager said thanks. Other than that, quite nice.

What a cute little place on the water! We loved it! My boys got a chance to paddleboard, fish nearby, play basketball, and make smores at the firepit! Deb was a great host! Super communicative and attentive, a pleasure. We are looking forward to visiting again.

The property is right on the water. An hour and 15 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport and an hour and a half from Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. The property owner lives within sight of the property so if you need anything she is right there. There are two bald eagles that sit at the end of the dock each night and watch the sunset together. We saw a sea lion that was just as curious about us and we were about him. Super comfy beds. It’s located within a fenced in private boat club. If you are lucky enough to stay during the 4th of July, you will be able to watch fireworks up and down the Hood Canal. There was even a 4th of July party on the property with the most amazing people. Highly recommend this property for your family!

Very cute cottage, clean and well maintained. Loved that it was in a semi-secluded location and very private and quiet. Hosts were welcoming in their texted communication with me. Location for me was perfect as we were there for a family wedding and it was less than 2 minutes away from the venue. Amazing views, sunsets and the bird watching was incredible.

What a beautiful little spot. Kitchen was perfect. So much wildlife. Only issue the pull out bed was extremely rough and there were no extra linens/pillows to use. Otherwise perfect.

This is out third time renting this property. We love it here, it is our home away from home. The house is very cozy and always clean. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. The views are amazing. Karol is a great host and replies quickly to any questions we have. We will be back!

There aren't enough good things to say about this lovely place. I found the beauty of nature and the ocean so calming. I was impressed with Karl's quick responses and interest in my stay being as good as it could be. I will definitely visit again.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in early June. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Expansive views of the Olympic range were enjoyed, sea otters fed on the changing tide. We always cook our meals so finding a very well equipped kitchen was great. There was more than enough room for the two of us but the cottage could comfortably acommodate four.
