Minutes to the airport and a short drive to all that Seattle has to offer. Welcome to our home!brbrOur home is split into 2 units. You have access to the entire upstairs unit. Each unit has their own separate entrances and private spaces.brbrbrParking is free at the house. Please park in the designated parking space on the left hand side of the carport and leave the carport parking space free. The carport is reserved for the downstairs unit. If you have more than 1 car, there is additional parking in the end of the driveway in the round about area.brbrThe thermostat is located in the downstairs unit. We have it set to 70 degrees for the winter months, but if you need a warmer temperature there are portable space heaters for your use.

One with full shower and the other with shower/bath tub and the three bedrooms. brbrOur outdoor space is what sets this property apart from the rest. The patio boasts a gorgeous large granite dining room table with seating for 10 comfortably, along with another outdoor seating area. The separate deck has seating all around and includes a propane fire table. PLEASE NOTE: the deck also has a hot tub but due to additional liability this will NOT be available and is reserved for the owners only.
