We offer Central Heat/AC for you comfort no matter the time of year. Off street parking is available in our driveway. Our kitchen is fully stocked for those wishing to stay in and prepare your own meals. If these type of issues are troubling to you, then this unit may not bebrbrthe right fit. The ideal guests for these Beach Side Studios are people thatbrbrare here for the beach and not ones that expect modern perfection. Many ofbrbrthe systems and appliances are dated, but they all work as designed. However,brbrthis is not a modern apartment or condo.
