The laundry room is also located on the main floor with an additional tv room/working space with a computer. brbrOn the top floor you will find four bedrooms with the main master bedroom, a oversized walk in shower with stand-alone tub is also located in the master. There is one more king bedroom, a queen room and a room with bunks and twins that is great for putting all the kids in. there is one more bathroom on this floor as well. brbrOn the lower floor you will find an additional master with a king and one more bedroom with a queen. There is also a pool table located on the lower level as well as a movie room that contains video games for kids. brbrAll three floors have a walk out porches with barstools and tops to enoy a drink or cup of coffee, they are also accessible by each primary bedroom. brbrThe dockbrThe dock is a double deck dock with a swinging gate up top to have access to jump off of. The depth on the end of the dock is over 20’ deep! There is 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, floats, plenty of paddles and plenty of lifejackets for all sizes. There is also a bar with a roll up widow that is accessible from the inside with a fridge to keep your beverages cold. This waterfront townhome is one of two rentals in a unique triplex (See Spike's Place, VRBO Listing #282712) situated on over two acres in a single family residential subdivision. A convenience store is 5 minutes away, and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, marinas, boat rentals, movies and the State Park are all within 2 to 30 minutes' drive - some by car and some by boat! The small protected cove is ideal for swimming, fishing, floating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and paddle boating but with easy access to the lake and only 2 minutes from the Bridge which has restaurants, miniature golf, game room, gift shops, realtors and the Chamber of Commerce.brbrKathy's Place is two stories totaling 2800+ sq. ft. plus a 200 sq. ft. lakefront sunroom. All rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the master bedroom. The lakefront bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. All beds have pillow top mattress covers. The living room has a 65' Flat screen HD TV. The Family room been converted to a game room with a pool table with ping pong table top, a foosball table, a 42' Flat screen HD TV on a swivel tilting mount with TV Streaming package and WIFI High Speed Internet is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cookware, 25 cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. The laundry room is equipped with commercial size washer & dryer. Scheduled trash pick up is once a week. The unit has cleaning supplies, vacuum, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. There is also a baby gate for the stairwell and a baby seat for use at the dining room table. brbrAll bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels along with toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags and courtesy soaps are provided year round EXCEPT FOR THE SUMMER WEEKLY RENTALS. SUMMER WEEKLY RENTERS MUST BRING YOUR OWN BATH AND BEACH TOWELS. The dock has access by stairs or golf car ramp. A complimentary golf car will also be provided with each rental for your exclusive use (adult drivers only!) for access to the dock and beach. brbrWe are 'Pet Friendly' provided you have a crate to contain your pet when left alone in the rental; your pet is currently in a flea treatment program 60 days prior to your arrival; and you clean up after your pet. There is not a leash requirement on our property provided you keep your pet under control. The neighborhood is 'casual' and cats and dogs do wander onto the property at times. A $75.00 fee will be charged for the first 2 nights and $10.00 for any additional night per pet for extra cleaning to keep the unit and yard neat and clean. Any major damage done by your pet will be repaired and billed to you. brbrThere is 'No Smoking' inside but ashtrays are provided on the deck and dock areas outside.
