Tranquil Shores Estate, Luxury Lakefront Compound w/ Heated Salt Pool, Hot Tub, Dock!

THIS HOUSE WAS AMAZING!!! It was perfect, I can not say enough great things about it.

Our three families had the best vacation at the Tranquil Shores Estate. The house was spacious but cozy and the kitchen was the perfect space to gather and enjoy a good meal together. It was great to have both the grill and the griddle to make cooking for everyone a breeze. The pool was so warm the kids spent hours in there everyday and we all loved the hot tub. Fishing and paddle boarding were the favorite activities for all the boys!

Should we return we would rent from this property manager

Beautiful home with plenty of space for family. Heated salt pool and hot tub were special treats as we stayed at the end of March. Mike was fantastic and easy to communicate with.

10/10 stay! This place is EXACTLY as listed. Stayed with my college lacrosse team for spring break and it was plenty of space for 20 adults to comfortably sleep and exist! The outdoor spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the separate cottage were a huge bonus! If we come back to this area, we will certainly stay here again.

We had a great time and would return! Our group loved the house and it was perfect for our chill winter weekend away. We had some issues which took a moment to address but they were apologetic and took care of it quickly after finding someone to help fix the hot tub. Our one complaint is that we did notice that several doors not only do not lock but also do not stay closed which was an issue with 15 people sharing bathrooms. Also the walls are thin! Bring ear plugs!

Wonderful 2nd stay. We had a great family reunion and celebrated an early Christmas. We’re making this a tradition and will be back next year.

We hosted a 100th birthday event for our matriarch of our family. This Estate was a perfect setting, plenty of room for everyone and a fantastic view/backdrop.

The house was amazing!!!! Our group was 12 adult cousins (all over the age of 70) who have fallen in love with Smith Mountain Lake and this house. We have already booked for the same time next year.

The house was amazing!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking and grilling. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for everyone!! We will definitely book this house again.

The house was fantastic, the location is great. We are already planning on going back next year. My family loves it at Smith Mountain Lake and the house was perfect the host communication well and are very friendly. My grandkids didn't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some.Great location and only a few miles from grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to families.

Well, this was a lovely house that accommodated all of us nicely, there were several issues with this house.1. Upon arrival we were not able to open the freezer in the upstairs refrigerator. When they came out the next day to repair it, we were told that this happens all the time with this refrigerator. While they repaired it at no time during our stay, were we able to fully open this freezer this was a challenge for those of us needing to get in and look around.2. No Wi-Fi on upstairs TV.3. Either very little or no place to hang anything in the many bathrooms. This is especially frustrating when you have wet, bathing suits and no place to hang them.4. We found the dock to be totally lacking in space with no place to sit while we were down there.5. Downstairs fridge made an annoyingly loud noise which actually interrupted our TV watching.6. Very annoying horn type sound anytime anybody used water in the house.7. Microwave very inconvenient and hard to see below the counter.

This was a great stay for 15 guys on a bachelors trip. The house was amazing, we fished on the dock, and it wasn’t far from the bridgewater plaza. The only thing was we had to buy our own paper towels and toilet paper.

We have a large family. This accommodated us perfectly. The property manager was very responsive. The house was beautiful. We were excited to be able to kayak and paddle board. The pool was a hit with the kids.

Super easy to access and just a picture perfect place with plenty of room and privacy. Will try and stay again with this property.

Several old high school friends and spouses stayed for a reunion. We had a great time and the house is beautiful! It was very spacious and clean. The outdoor spaces were wonderful and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. We made all of our meals there. Great place. We are thinking “same time next year”!!

This was a lovely property for a 40 year reunion of the members of an Outward Bound crew! It is large enough for everyone to have the space they need while having cozy common areas that accommodate a large group. Additionally it is located in an area that allows relatively easy access to nearby attractions.aareasareasaaccomodate

On her 80th birthday my wife wanted to include all 6 of our kids (w/ partners) for up to 6 days, as our guests! The 9 bedrooms were great, as was the layout, especially w/ the attached two houses with a pool in between!

This house was very lovely and had everything someone would want for a getaway trip. So many great amenities, ample space, and much to do, this is a place I’d highly recommend to others.

We enjoyed the spacious home with 9 bedrooms and several indoor living spaces plus great outdoor space (including outside tvs and a fire table). The property manager was very responsive to our few questions. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with glasses, dishes, and cooking pots and utensils.

Wonderful communication with owner/manager. Fabulous kitchen with so many utensils and appliances. Icemaker was amazing. It was a cold rainy weekend, but the house accommodated all of us with ease, provided privacy, and a great time! This is a new neighborhood so construction workers were around, but we’re entertaining to watch! Having the Cottage separate from the main house, provided quiet, restful sleep for a smaller family members. The hot tub was amazing and enjoyed by all! Thanks for a wonderful long weekend with our extended family members!

Absolutely memorable property - loaded with amenities. Owner/manager EXCELLENT communication. Filled the house with guests and never felt crowded or closed in. Rented 'off-season', but can easily see how it would make an awesome venue for the summer. Ample room and house supplies to accommodate everyone. Rent with confidence - you will be very happy with your selection.PS. I addressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness with owners when we arrived and received a response right away that they would send someone over to remedy, but we opted to pass. Floors were not clean but they were very willing to fix if needed. Rest of home was in order.

We stayed at another Beville property last year and it was Beautiful...but we expanded our group this year to 17, so we needed a larger space... and Tranquil Shores Estate did not disappoint!! What a amazing house with plenty of room for everyone! Nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything you need..! Thank you for your hospitality and to anyone looking for a spot on the lake , look no further!! We are already looking at dates for next year and we all can't wait to return!!

Our family need a large house to accommodate everyone for a post Christmas get together, grandparents, parents, and kids. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of space, well equipped with everything you could want and very helpful and quickly responsive management/owners. Definitely would recommend it and I could see us staying there again in the future.

It was gorgeous out there. Enough space for 20 people. Plenty of room for me. It was clean and had every appliance we needed. Property manager was responsive, pleasant and ver accomodating. Whole family talked about coming back every year! Thank you so much!

Overall amazing experience! We will definitely consider it for future getaways! The pool is so nice in the chilly October weather and the beds are super comfortable. There wasn’t much extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags so definitely bring your own. Great location, there are 2 grocery stores within a 10 min drive and lots of restaurants.

I want to start off with the good, first off the home is gorgeous and the view of the lake was pretty. The rooms are spacious and the interior was clean. The kitchen was super well stocked with cookware, Tupperware, dinnerware, etc - that was soo nice! The pool was heated and the hot tub was great, we loved the outdoor tv & bbq too! For the not so great - the outdoor area needed to be hosed down and they definitely need some pest control with the cea6 amount of spiders everywhere. The outdoor furniture was covered in dirt and we had to wipe it all down and the BBQ was dirty too so we cleaned it prior to use. Inside, our only two complaints were the gnats & toilet paper. The that’s were everywhere, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, all over. It was not great seeing that so again, just a simple pest control fix. Unfortunately, there were a lot of bathrooms with little to no toilet paper and three bathrooms with no toilet paper at all. When we asked the host if there was more he said no but that the food lion was down the street. I would just hope in the future they would ensure all the bathrooms had at least one roll. To end on a positive note, the host communicated so well and let us check in an hour early since our flight got in early. We truly enjoyed our stay and know this will be a lovely neighborhood when they finish the construction!

The property was exceptional in every way.The cleanliness of the home had been given special attention. We have never seen a rental property’s kitchen so well furnished and in working condition. We all remarked about the size of the coffee cups. Loved them. The furniture was very sufficient and comfortable for all 16 of us.

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Tranquil Shores for an extended weekend getaway! We had more than enough space to spread out. The “guest house” was the perfect place for my son, his wife, and my 7 month old grandbaby. The heated pool was ideal for the baby and relaxing for all. We took advantage of the outdoor space and used the blackstone and grill for our meals in. The kitchen was very well equipped and lacking nothing that we needed. My young adult sons enjoyed paddle boarding on the tranquil waters while others enjoyed relaxing on the dock. Thanks for a great time away with family!

We stayed at Tranquil Shores Estate for a week long sibling reunion with 14 adults total. Tranquil Shores Estate had room for all! What a beautiful home with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own rooms and one to spare. The house is located on a quiet inlet with a dock and direct access to the lake. The heated pool and hot tub were well maintained, very clean and a perfect space to gather and relax. The main kitchen was well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The dining areas inside and outside on the deck offered enough seating for everyone. The second attached house was beautiful with two additional bedrooms and a second kitchen just a hallway away. The game room had a nice TV and loads of games to play when the power went out. The room has a great bar set up complete with ice maker. Overall this is a spectacular home in a quiet setting conveniently located close to food, entertainment and shopping. The owner and staff were accessible 24/7 and very responsive. If you are looking for the perfect gathering space on Smith Mountain Lake for a large family gathering or a relaxing getaway, don’t pass this up - this is the place you want to stay!

Tranquil Shores was a stunning property! Mike was amazing to deal with throughout the process. The house comfortably accommodated all of our guests with lots of common areas as well as places with more privacy. The kitchen was so well equipped! We hosted several large dinners including my daughter’s Rehearsal Dinner. It was an absolute joy to cook and entertain in the house. They thought of everything including a large Blackstone Grill for cooking. We certainly got our exercise with all of the steps, but for older guests they could stay on the main floor and participate in most activities without the steps. We also brought our boat and kept it at the dock which offered great access to the lake. Can’t say enough about this house it was PERFECT!

This property is absolutely stunning! Could not have asked for a more perfect place for our larger group to stay. The spacious layout,pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, and scenic views were top notch. Would highly recommend this place!

The amenities at the facility were great! We loved the paddle boards, pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook! The location was great and communication with hosts was great!

This house was fantastic. Our 5 families fit very comfortably with room for more. The 2 houses were beautifully finished and we love that they connected from inside. This space is brand new so I’m sure it will only get better with more finishing touches. We enjoyed the pool with floats and poolside games, hot tub and also rode on the paddleboards provided. We loved the outdoor TVs. We rented a pontoon boat for most of the week so we were able to better explore the lake, tube and find swimming holes. When the older kids got restless, they drove to play mini golf close by. Two grocery stores were very close by. Shoutout to Hunter, one of the property managers, who graciously assisted a guest with car trouble without accepting anything in return but a thank you. He went above and beyond. Also, I love that it was super easy to report any issues via text with a very prompt response. We like to travel to different places each year. It was hard not to rebook this one immediately! We will definitely look into Beville Properties for future trips.

The house fit our large family very comfortably. The pool and veranda area were amazing. The outdoor TVs were clutch while enjoying the lake and keeping up on the Olympics. The house was very clean and when a small issue came up, the maintenance crew came out quickly and took care of it. The dock area is shallow especially since the lake is extremely low but we did not have a problem with getting our rented boat tied up. The floating dock is hard to get back on once in the lake as there is no ladder. Also since the house is brand new, most of the showers did not have a handle in them for the older people in our crowd. Overall a fantastic property and great memories were made.
