The house has a total of eight bedrooms (8 queen/3 full beds, 1 King, and 3 sleeper sofa’s in total), 2 are master bedrooms and 6 are bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms, a total of 5 1/2 bath rooms. Family rooms include large screen TV’s with cable channels, and 3 of 8 bedrooms have cable and flat screen TV’s. Along with the abundance of seating in the spacious family rooms, there are plenty of board games, card games, and other family fun diversions. The 10 acres of land surround the property is very beautiful. Three fire pits on the property, each with their own view and atmosphere. One- located up the hill, stunning views of the mountains and sunrise (close to the highway) One- under the shade of trees of fruits, and the main fire pit is in the back yard by the deck, this fire pit has mountain views and a view of our backyard neighbors farm of live cattle (amazing). We have 2 foldable outdoor tables for our guest to set up picnic anywhere on the property.brbrOur home set up and layout is uniquely decorative. The 5,500 sqft home is all one level and extends all the way back, so the front appears to be a small family modest home. We have desks in each of the 3 rooms with king size beds. All 3 Roku TVs are easy to use for casting your laptop, so they can be used as a second monitor. Our internet service provider is Xfinity, providing fast reliable internet for all your important and not-so important zoom calls.brbrFor sleeping, we offer 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a twin daybed that converts into a king mattress - you can configure this room whichever way bests suits you and your guests. The first upstairs bedroom has a more firm memory foam bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a soft but supportive hybrid mattress. The third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds, all outfitted with Purple brand mattresses, so they are comfortable for kids and adults alike. brbrThere are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom - one full and one half bathroom downstairs, and one full bathroom upstairs. We keep a few handy items in the upstairs bathroom in case you forgot them at home. We have earplugs available in this closet for light sleepers - we are in town so there are noises that come with that. Note: the upstairs shower takes a minute or two to heat up. If you are in a rush, use the downstairs shower.brbrDogs are welcome! We ask that you let us know a little bit about your pet guests when booking. The secondary bedroom, or Dolly Room, as we like to call it, is furnished with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom also has the best views in the house, where you'll be able to see the Blue Ridge Mountains to the east and the Massanutten Mountains to the northwest. brbrThe upstairs office/third bedroom third bedroom is perfect for guests who need to work remotely. The room includes a comfortable desk and chair, creating an ideal workspace for those who need to get work done during their stay. A cozy couch doubles as a pull-out queen-sized bed.brbrThere are two bathrooms in the house--one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The half bathroom is located on the main floor, just off the kitchen/dining area. A washer and dryer are also housed in the half bathroom, and available for guest use. The newly-renovated upstairs full bathroom features a full-size stand-up shower and contemporary finishes. Please note that there is no bathtub.brbrThe home is equipped with Xfinity internet, a fast and reliable provider, ensuring that guests can stay connected and productive throughout their stay. Whether you're visiting Luray for business or pleasure, our home provides a comfortable and convenient space to make the most of your time in this beautiful town.brbrOutside, the property boasts a large fenced-in backyard (perfect for furry companions) and a spacious deck, ideal for enjoying good weather and good company.
