Users must shower before entering the Hot Tub to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products. Do not use soaps or oils in the Hot Tub.brbr2. Footwear must be worn to the side of the Hot Tub.brbr3. Max of 7 persons in the Hot Tub at any time.brbr4. Use of the Hot Tub is NOT permitted after 10pm due to noise and safety reasons.brbr5. Please ensure after use that jets and lights are off and lid is down and latches are in place.brbr6. Glass. Don’t do it, ever. Trust us.brbr7. Only clean swim wear may be worn in the tub as the chemicals in the water will remove the colored dyes found in ordinary clothing, causing them to leach into the water and turn it cloudy.brbr8. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the Hot Tub. brbr9. No jumping or diving.brbr10. Prevent Hyperthermia. Understand that alcohol and other medications greatly increase the chance of hyperthermia – the opposite of hypothermia. This occurs when the internal body temperature reaches several degrees above the normal temperature of 98.6 degrees.brbr11. Do not use a hot tub if you are taking any medication that makes you drowsy or affects your circulation; if necessary, check with your doctor. Pregnant women, elderly and people suffering from ill health should consult with their doctor before use.brbr12. Dot not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs as your judgment will be impaired and you could become unconscious and drown.brbr13. No smoking is permitted in or around the tub.brbr14. People with cuts or external infections should not use the tub.brbr15. Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover – it will collapse into the hot tub.brbr16. If temperature is over 104◦F DO NOT enter.brbrAs a visitor to and short term vacation renter, acknowledge that you are informed and aware that:brbrThere is a hot tub / spa on the property, it poses a risk to any and all guests on the property. These risks may result from a variety of circumstances including, but not limited to, the use or misuse of the equipment or facilities, from the activity itself, from the acts of yourself or others, or from the unavailability of emergency medical care.brbrHot tub may be unavailable at certain times due to maintenance requirements.brbrGuest specifically accepts ALL liability for use of the hot tub on the property and understands that the Airbnb Host shall have no liability from any accidents, injuries, or death that may result from the proper or improper use of said hot tub. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of said hot tub.brbrGuest is also aware that their stay at the Property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the Property during your stay, and the condition of the Property. You understand that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and or/death.brbrIn consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of your family and guests and on behalf of your children and all minors in your care, custody or control (hereafter also included in “you” or “your”) to assume full responsibility for the risks identified herein and those risks not specifically identified.
