Charming 2-bedroom house in welcoming Winooski with WiFi, laundry Pets&fence

We loved our stay at this cozy home. I am natively from Vermont and it was wonderful spending a week there with my partner in such a nice house. Will definitely consider again for our next visit.

This house is so pretty! So many special touches throughout the house like beautiful window trim, artwork and the most amazing tree in the backyard! The location was perfect for us as it was close to Church St. and UVM. The best part for us was how dog friendly the his house is - fenced in back yard, dog bowls and treats and waste bags. Highly recommend!

Nicely updated comfy cottage with fenced in back yard was just perfect for our stay in Winooski/Burlington area. We loved sitting in the backyard in the evenings. The beautifully illuminated giant weeping willow tree was mesmerizing. We wished for a small fire pit to complete the ambiance in the cooling autumn air. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the kitchen has all you need for easy meal preparation. The location is perfect for exploring the northwest corner of Vermont and the Champlain Valley.

Terrific property well equipped with a nice fenced yard and walking distance to town. We stayed here while dropping out daughter at college and it worked out beautifully. We are hoping to stay here again when we come to visit her!

Very comfortable, well-appointed house in a great location! It had everything we needed and more: towels, bedding, toiletries, a fabulous shower, Keurig machine with K-cups, laundry facilities…..My teen boys were thrilled to have their own separate beds (one was a pull out couch). I loved the bench under the weeping willow tree as a spot to have my coffee and read. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation house! Close to all of the downtown Burlington attractions. House was completely updated with great fenced yard for our dogs.

This is a lovely property. The pictures don’t actually capture the fine details they put into this place, from: quality bedding, a very comfortable pullout couch, extra bedding/pillows, duel shower heads, amplifier under the tv, outdoor lighting, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, new washer and dryer, dishwasher, the high end fixtures and finishes, and beautiful Pfatzgraff dinnerware, plus everything is labeled! This 2 bd/1ba house was truly comfortable for the entire family of 4 and our small dog. There are even conveniences available for the dog (bowls, bed, fenced in yard, poop bags)! The WiFi is great and allows for remote work as needed. The kitchen is completely adequate to make meals which we often did. Plus the area is safely surrounded by residential homes and easily accessible to Burlington, Stowe, and all the numerous State Parks within a 20 minute drive. This place is an absolute gem!

Wow what a nice neat place. Very clean, a HEATED bathroom floor!! Nice size yard totally fenced. Very nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner sent information needed in a timely manner, was very quick to respond to my emails and very accommodating for our needs. Only 11 mins from the Vermont flower show in Essex junction. Restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable too!

Very clean and comfortable.

This home is perfect for a short and long stay. It is near the airport, shopping centers, and places to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to relax. You'll have access to many of the things you need. We had trouble operating the TV, but that worked out. l call it home away from home. I have one recommendation - a full-length mirror for each bedroom.

Stayed one night before college move in. Location was convenient to UVM campus. House was very clean and recently updated.
