It's professionally cleaned, laundry is washed at 140°, we have the top fiber-optic cable available in the area, it has a generator, and our heating system is under 10yrs old and regularly serviced. However, it's also a historic house in a rural setting with rooms the caliber of the “popular” historic Equinox Hotel in Manchester. The furnishings are primarily antique and antiques are old. The floors creek and the windows can be hard to open. The kitchen dining area can feel cramped for groups greater than 10. The cable and Wi-Fi as mentioned, are the best in the area, but the best in this area is not as good as where you come from.
