We are an end unit, so you will have ample designated parking and privacy. You enter the home at the ground level so there are no stairs to climb or share. Sunlight fills the living room as we are the end unit and the second story windows allow for natural light. We are installing all new living room furniture for the 2026 season including new sofas, chairs, barstools, kitchen table and chairs. The kids sled right in the back yard. Watch people ski down Okemo's 'plunge' run from the living room. Enjoy access to the Solitude Clubhouse, which has a heated pool, sauna, workout room, and ping pong table room etc. We are walk to the restaurant and bar, 41 North. We are a sunny unit with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, plenty of leather sofas for seating, large dining room table, and Simon Pearce accent coffee table and hutch. Killington Ski Resort is about a 20 - 25 minutes away. Our house is 100 yards from Lake Rescue where you can kayak and enjoy the shared swimming area. Also for golf lovers, Fox Run Golf Course is 2.2 miles down the road which turns into a Nordic Center in the winter. brbrThe main level has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Wood is provided and stored in the shed. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to a large dining area. The main level also has a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a full bath. There is a stackable washer & dryer too. The deck lines the entire back of the house and is surrounded by beautiful trees. The front porch has rocking chairs to enjoy the evening sunset.
