We fell in love with this charming circa 1900 home sited on a quiet street above Main Street. You will love the location as it is walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the village of Ludlow, and just a few minutes to Okemo and golf. Fox Run Golf Club is a beautiful course with a fantastic restaurant. The Okemo ski shuttle stops directly in front of the house on winter weekends and holiday weeks in winter. Several improvements have been made which are reflected in the photos including: brand new carpet, refinished hardwoods, new ceilings and lighting in the dining and living areas, new kitchen flooring, renovated twin bedroom upstairs, new upstairs master bathroom, and bonus tv lounge off one of the twin bedrooms. There is also brand new furniture on the granite patio. This four bedroom home can comfortably accommodate two families with two queen masters (one on the main level and one upstairs), and two additional bedrooms upstairs; one with two fulls and one with full and twin trundle.
