You will have our timber frame home all to yourself. Our home is 4,000 sq ft on 1 acre of property, with a large circular driveway with plenty of parking. There is a 7 person hot tub on the back deck replaced in 2024. brbrOur house comes fully equipped with two smart TV's one 65' and one 60', both have a fire stick attached so you can watch your favorite shows from any internet service, fiber optic high-speed Internet, WiFi, DVD player, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ already logged in and more (NOTE we do not have cable). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal after a long day on the mountain including 48 stove with double oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, hot water kettle, pots and pans, large stock pot, dishes, cutlery, crockpot, food processor, blender, immersion blender etc. We have even left essentials in the cupboard such as coffee filters, salt and pepper, spices, condiments, etc. so you can spend more time enjoying yourself and less time worrying about little odds and ends. Living room includes hardwood stove (hardwood included on back deck). There is a third living space in the basement which consists of a 65 TV, foosball table and Brunswick Billiards pool table. brbrLOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you head towards the back of the lowest level, there is a large game room / family room with a smart TV, pool table, foosball table and couches. brbrMain Floor: brbrGo up the stairs and enter into a breathtaking great room with hardwood stove, and floor to ceiling windows. The perfect place to cuddle up by the fire on our soft leather couches and watch the snow fall or the leaves rustle in the wind during the fall. There is a custom 10' farm table allowing plenty of room for a nice large dinner surrounded by friends or family, a peninsula with benches looking into our custom cook's kitchen complete with 48 stove with double oven, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. As you head towards the back of the main level there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the left. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The master ensuite has a large stand up shower with frameless glass and double vanity. The other bedroom on the middle level has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. brbrUpper Level: brbrAs you head up the stairs to the upper level there will be a full bathroom on your left when you get to the top of the stairs. There is another living area with couches and a smart TV overlooking the great room, and a day bed with trundle in the back along with an office space including a desk and chair. There are two bedrooms up here with identical set up's. Both have a queen bed, twin daybed with twin trundle pull out, and both have individual loft areas with ladders leading up to separate loft's which each have another queen mattress in them. brbrDetailed Sleeping Configuration – (we can easily sleep more than 8 people but have decided that the MAX occupancy for the house should be no greater than 8 due to local STR regulations. It sleeps 8 people. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the upper level and both bedrooms on the1st floor each have single or twin beds that can also be joined together to accommodate couples. There are 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The bathroom walls are tiled with glass enclosed showers and granite counters. Also, there is a 6-person hot tub and a gas grill on a huge rebuilt outdoor deck that overlooks the Killington ski trails. It also has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable such as a game table, wireless internet, a DVD and CD player and a large, flat screen high-definition TV. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all the gourmet tools that you need. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway. A new living room carpet has been installed, along with high quality living room furniture. The house has propane heat and a Russo wood stove that shows the fire through a large glass panel and adds a warm ambience to the interior.br SPRING/SUMMER, FALL. A misconception about Killington is that it is a winter resort only. It could not be further from the truth. You will have access as my guest to a town recreation center located in a pristine Killington valley surrounded by green mountains. There you'lll be able to use a large outdoor heated swimming pool , tennis courts, and a baseball/ soccer field. You will have access to the Killington golf course and several miles away the highly rated Green Mt. course. Crystal and Echo Lake swimming is about 15 minutes away where there are sandy beaches, snack bars, and boat rentals or you could swim in naturally carved out pools in mountain streams. Shopping and site seeing can be found in Woodstock, Quichee Gorge, Rutland and Manchester. Other activities include hiking, biking, mountain biking on Killington trails, kayaking or tubeing the rivers or canoeing Kent Pond.
