The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and natural AC. Trust us, mornings will be chilly no matter the weather where you are. No real heat waves in this cool green oasis. Within a 12 minute drive of Killington mountain, it's the perfect place for bikers and hikers. 2 miles to Kent Pond or Colton Pond for fishing. 0.8 miles to a large pool and recreation center with tennis, pickle ball and more, and you could be the only people there (besides the lifeguards!) Long walks on the flat dirt road. A beautiful waterfall just 0.5 mile walk also. Mountain views, very private. It's the perfect summer getaway!
