With a separate entrance from the main home, the private first-floor bedroom suite (BR1) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest for your beach attire and an ensuite bathroom with vanity and corner shower with glass enclosure. Enjoy access to the covered back patio for unwinding on a lounger or snacking at the picnic table after a day in the sun or use the propane grill or Cajun boiling pot for frying up the day's catch. The kids have room to run around the backyard as well (the yard is not fenced). The air-conditioned garage can serve as a party/gaming area with darts, a ping pong table, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge and other added amenities such as a baby gate, high chair, playpen, outdoor chairs, beach accessories, floaties, soccer ball and assorted board games.
