If you look to the right at the welcome table, rest at ease knowing that we have you covered with daily essentials you may have forgotten (sunscreen and aloe are downstairs too). If the kids are hungry when you get there, there are snacks in the kitchen pantry so that everyone can begin enjoying themselves right away. brbrAs you admire the brand new, custom modern décor meticulously designed for each room, begin exploring all 6 bedrooms. If you can make it through the whole house before being lured outside by the cool, blue waters, now it’s time to go see the best gem of the house! Access the pool from 2 of the 3 downstairs bedrooms or the garage. Once outside, jump right in, grab some inflatables from the outdoor storage for lounging, or just relax under the umbrella on the pool’s baja shelf while the waters gently lap over your feet. If any vehicle associated with the guest parks on the street, the primary renter is responsible for the city’s parking fine.brWe have secure offsite car/boat/trailer parking just a few minutes away for $65. Please inquire if interested.brbrWe love our charming, quiet neighborhood and respect our neighbors, so we ask that you respect our 10pm-8am quiet hours. If the police issue any noise violation fines associated with the property during your stay, the primary renter is responsible for them.brbrWe have 4 outside cameras on at all times for security & liability purposes. These are NOT regularly monitored unless attention is required. Locations include: (1) above the garage aimed at the driveway and street, (2) under the bridge aimed at the garage, (3) front doorbell and (4) lower backyard deck aimed at the pool and hot tub area. There are no cameras inside the house. brThere are also 2 decibel monitoring devices on site to ensure quiet hours are adhered to: 1 in the living and 1 on the deck.brGuests are responsible for the safety and security of all persons on the property during their stay. brAll exterior doors and windows should remain closed and locked as much as possible.brThe pool and hot tub are not gated, and there are stairs throughout the home, both inside and out.brbrWe take cleanliness and safety very seriously! Our staff uses antibacterial cleaning products and installs new air filters regularly. The house is equipped with 3 fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide monitor and first aid kit.
