The 3rd bedroom (on the main level) has a queen-size bed with an unattached bathroom. brbrYou will have special KEYCARD only access to the gated 50-acre waterfront park which has two boat ramps, children's playground, picnic tables, and pavilion. You rarely have to wait to launch your boat. And when lake levels are low enough, the waterfront park becomes the most popular weekend hangout thanks to the expansive sandy beach that appears.
