The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath. The downstairs is connected to the upstairs by an exterior staircase. Downstairs, you will find a game room apartment. There is king, a twin over full bunk, and a sleeper sofa, along with a half bath. There is a fabulous pool table. Lost Colony Villas offers a community pool, a boardwalk to the beach and miles of secluded beach. Come enjoy a day at the beach and a perfect sunset at the Lost At Sea beach house. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double and a twin trundle bed. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer tucked behind the French doors in the living room for your convenience. You have access to the 1 car garage. There is room for 2 vehicles and a golf cart on the paved driveway including the garage. This is also a great place to store your beach & fishing equipment. brThere is a covered patio off the living room and a path to the swimming pool that is shared by the complex. brBoats and Trailers are not allowed by the HOA unless they can fit in the garage with the door closed.brWhen booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance.
