The beach view was perfect. Had a little problem with hot tub heating, but after r hours we got it to start working. Of course it with out after hours and we couldnt get it started back. The dish washer smell like fish. But it probably came from the person using it before us. But overall it was great. Nice sleeping areas. Oh and we had a few of our guest get locked out. But good place to spend time.

Our group had an amazing experience at this property. The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location made everything easy and convenient, and there was plenty of room for our large group to relax and enjoy. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an issue with noisy fans. Otherwise, things were super! Enjoyed the hot tub and pool for sure!

Great home with tons of space and great for large groups. The ocean is visible from the top deck and gets a great breeze coming through.

Marlin Madness is a great house. Conveniently located in Banyan Beach off 11th st. Very roomy and well furnished. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. Happy with the overall cleanliness. A very short walk over the dunes to the beach. The pool and porches are nice and well furnished.A couple of minor inconveniences during our stay are the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars but would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. We especially liked the kitchenette on 1st floor which worked out perfectly for my son and new baby! The kitchen was great! The huge table was perfect for our large family. Close access to beach by golfcart and boardwalk to beach. Hopefully we can stay again next year! Thank you!

The management was very accommodating for extra towels and hot tub temperature. Unfortunately, we did have some confusion with the parking passes and got a parking ticket for parking on the beach without the 12 permit that needed to be purchased at the store …our faults but I do wish that it was made clearer that the permits given with the house are not for the beach Great house highly recommend.

Beautiful property that was super close to the beach. The only problem i had was that some of the locks on the doors are sticky, but wr figured it out. Would love to stay again!

Great house! The open kitchen and dining area were perfect for gathering, and there was plenty of space for our large family to sleep comfortably. Having a pool was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the beach until the adults were ready for some shade, then let the little ones swim while we relaxed nearby. I do wish we had opted to heat the pool, since it got a little chilly later in the day when the sun wasn’t out. We were also glad we didn’t rent a golf cart—the walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the boardwalk took us through a beautiful sea of sunflowers. Maintenance came to shut the heater but the water didn't get below 90 degrees. For as much as we had to pay for the rental I feel that this shouldn't of happened. I felt the water temp of two houses down and the water was cool and refreshing. We wanted a private pool but never anticipated the water temp to be this warm.

Location is great. Really enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach. Kitchen needed 9 x 13 dishes. Numerous paint chips throughout the house. Stains on dining room chairs. Metal bed frame taped. Washer dirty. Under kitchen sinks dirty. Tears on leather sofa and chairs. Lots of bird droppings near door entrance

A great time! A little confusion on the check-in time… it’s more of an estimate than an exact time. But it was resolved quickly and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a range of adults (mid 20s to mid 60s), a toddler, and a preteen and EVERYONE had a great time during our stay!We loved having easy access to the onsite private pool and hot tub. (note: we loved the feature of the door handle out to the pool being out of reach for little ones; it was probably 6 feet high). We opted out of heating the hot tub as it was an extra 100 tax/day fee, but it was not needed mid-July. Our 3-year-old actually liked it a lot because it was like her own private little pool. We also loved having the pool almost completely shaded by the floor above. This way, the kids still got to play in the water once we were all sunned out at the beach.It was a fun vibe with all the houses backing up to each other and most of them have pools with kids, too, so everyone was out back having a great time. This is a great space with plenty of sleeping arrangements for groups of friends or large families. We also didn't even feel the need to rent a golf cart. You'd only really benefit from one if you plan to go into town frequently, but if you just plan to stay at the house or go to the beach only - you're set!The only things that I would say were cons were:-For how many this house accommodates, we did not feel the amenities matched - the kitchen utensils and blankets were a bit sparse-The floors were so dirty our feet were black-They offer a few extra pillows, but no cases and the beds weren't very comfortableOverall, a great stay and would return!

It took only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Loved the dining table that fit all 9 of us! Even though the other houses were very close, everyone was very respectful. It was also very close to places we ventured out to like Virginias on the Bay, Port A Beer Hut, and The Candy Shop.

Our directions were under the wrong place.. 969 instead of 909. The place was wonderful. It would be nice to have beach chair/ towels/wagon etc. also suggest a full length mirror somewhere. The house was as expected, lots of room for our group. The porches and pool area were great. We loved how close we were to the beach, just a short walk over the boardwalk. The rental company was very quick to respond to any questions and came right away when the heat went out. Thanks for a fun week!

Everything was as we were told they would be and as we expected. Beautiful, clean and well taken care of and only a short walk to the beach. We had a great experience with the Marling Madness home and the manager and supporting staff were great and quickly handled any issue we had. We had an issue with the pool heating, but we were quickly refunded for the expense with no problem. As we told the manager when we checked out, we would be happy to recommend the properties to anyone interested in a great vacation location!

I'm a vacation rental owner myself, and I was impressed with the home itself. There was some cleanliness issues with sand covering the floor so I had to request a broom to clean it, my 1 year old grandson ended up finding a used eye contact to, so that was pretty bad to see too.

This place is beautiful. The heated pool and hot tub are the perfect mix of covered and sun. You are just a short walk from the beach and a short commute to town. We will definitely be renting this place again.

This beach front home is absolute perfection. It was large enough to have a surprise slumber party for a soon to be 16 year old as well as several sets of adults. Clean and wonderful. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

They include a few laundry pods, dishwasher pods, 2 paper towel rolls, and some trash bags, which was all really great. The layout of the house is nice. The pictures didn’t really explain it well...but it has a nice layout. The bottom floor has 3 rooms and two bathrooms. The 2nd floor has the living area and the master bedroom with a very large bathroom, and a half bath. The 3rd floor has the bunk room with a bathroom. The elevator was very nice to have for coolers and luggage! Oh, it also has a washer and dryer on the bottom, and second floor. Beds were comfy enough.A few cons: if you get a golf cart, you have to drive a 3ish minute drive (on a main road)...you can’t take the walk over bridge with the cart. Also, the mosquitos in the pool area were out of control. I know this is somewhat out of their control, but we couldn’t even use the pool (in August). We attempted it and came out with so many bites, even with bug spray. I guess because it’s completely shaded. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

House was very spacious, we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be that the water in the hot tub and pool located on the back porch of the house was not very clean, could use a cleaning treatment.
