- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100.00+tax, per pet, per month. A maximum of one pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
