Spacious 6-bedroom house in charming Port Aransas, with ocean views and a pool

Susan the Property Manager was top shelf. Gave us a great intro tour and always followed up to make sure things were going well. Property is well designed, bright and airy. A real gem of a property.Kitchen is a chef's dream with quality appliances as well as any cookware you could ever need. Plenty of Fridge space as well as ice machines to keep coolers well stocked on ice. Beach toys and chairs will make packing for our next stay very easy as all we needed came with the house. Great place for family fun!

Excellent property for my family! Beautifully decorated. Every appliance you can think of was provided. Communication with manager was quick and efficient! Would definitely rent again!

Check in was easy. Susan messaged us with garage code and let us know when we could check in. We had just rented the cabin the month before so we didn’t need the usual orientation. She did come by shortly after we arrived to check on a couple of things and turn off an alarm triggered by the plumber. The kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pictures below are from both trips.

Everyone loved this property! It had everything we needed. As a family, we have been going to Port Aransas for our “Beach Trip” every summer for many years. This house was by far up and away the best and most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Absolutely recommend it!! We have already booked again for next summer!!

This house is an excellent place to stay. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many VBR homes and this experiences is at the top. There’s more space than advertised, the furnishings are top-notch, and the property manager Susan does a great job communicating and taking care of every need. We had a family reunion of 18 people from all age ranges and the house was perfect. From the golf carts and easy access to the beach with all the toys and chairs and towels provided, the spacious living room and kitchen that could actually seat us all, separate thermostats on every floor and a great abundance of furnishings which an anticipated our every need, it was truly a comfortable stay. Every bathroom was a full bath with shower which was nice too. We look forward to staying here again next summer .

When we first stumbled upon this vacation home on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. This was the first place we looked at and booked it immediately. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Susan is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is spacious and contains everything one needs. All of the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and decks provided beautiful views. The pool was well maintained and I think the kiddos had just as much fun in it as they did at the beach. The location to the beach was also incredible.Susan kept in constant communication with us to make sure that we had everything we needed, and checked in each day to make sure all was well. The owner went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, even going so far as to install bars in the shower so that my parents would have easier access. Can’t say enough good things about this place. 5 out of 5 stars. We would give it a 10 star rating if we could. From the day we booked our vacation to the day we left was nothing short of memorable. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Susan and for a wonderful week!

We stayed with our extended family. This house had a lot of great spaces to hangout together or in smaller groups. Our tweens and teens loved the downstairs family room and the AC garage game area. Huge kitchen and table with room for everyone. Susan the manager was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. A couple of small issues, that were taken care of, gave it a four star on our list.

We do a family vacation every summer with our grown kids and their families so we are a large group. We have stayed in Port Aransas 5 times, 3 of those with our whole group. The Vantage Point was by far the best accommodations we have experienced. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. Having access to the elevator was a life saver and 2 icemakers kept us from having to make multiple trips to buy ice. Also, having the golf cart and easy access to drive down the boardwalk was handy to haul chairs and other necessities as well as those that didn’t want to make the walk to the beach. The onsite pool was great for the times we wanted to cool off in the water without leaving the cabin. Susan, the property manager, was wonderful to deal with and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property if you have a large group. We were so pleased we’ve booked an adult only trip with friends and family in August.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Port Aransas! The house is stunning—tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From kitchen appliances to beach gear, nothing was missing. What really made our stay exceptional was the amazing house manager. She was incredibly attentive, even going the extra mile to meet our grocery delivery and put everything away before we arrived. Talk about next-level hospitality!The location is truly unprecedented for Port A—on a private drive with unobstructed beach views and only one neighbor, it felt like our own private slice of paradise. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway.It’s also an awesome setup for a large group—we had 18 people and fit comfortably with plenty of space to spread out, hang out, and enjoy.If you’re headed to Port A with a large group, this is your place!

I would give this property 10 stars if possible. This beautiful property has it all. Wonderful view, pool, easy access to the beach and on top of that is fully stocked with anything you need for a great beach vacation. The property manager, Susan, was awesome and so easy to work with. I highly recommend. We will be back!
