5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!

Reservation process was smooth. Property was easy to access and in a great location if you want quick access to beach. All the amenities and appliances were in great condition.

We had a great extended weekend here! Everything we needed and super close to the beach!

Claudia was quick to respond, and was very helpful. Condo is close to the beach, as stated. Everything was super clean and I loved how quiet it was. We will definitely stay here again!

Claudia the property manager was fantastic. We had a handicap family member with us and Claudia had maintenence build custom ramps so we had no problem getting a wheelchair into the unit and even to join us at the pool. Claudia was very responsive to our questions and requests. The unit was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Many hours were spend there. Claudia went beyond what most managers would do. I highly recommend a stay at this unit!

Perfect location

We had a great stay and found the condo in immaculate condition. All the supplies needed were provided in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Clean towels and clean linens were there as well for our use. The location was super close to old town Port A and the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s place. My children loved it and my husband and I appreciated the ease of parking and its closeness to the beach. It really is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean and tidy. Claudia was quick to respond to any of my messages or questions with kindness and professionalism. The complex is quiet and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you! We hope to be back.

I must say it was the perfect get away! Host always kept us up to date with new information along with great recommendations. Beautiful place and was made to feel like a home away from home. Great location near the beach for my son’s wedding. Easy access to restaurants and morning walk on the beach.

The condo was nice and we were so close to the beach! Although there was traffic coming to and from the beach, I couldn’t hear it from inside.That was a plus! I must say the heads up to BRING BUG SPRAY was right on. Those mosquitos were brutal! Lol Also, with the hurricane season, the host updated us on the weather and answered any questions we had. We will rent again when we come back!

Great two bedroom condominium at Island dunes. Accessible to the beach and the main thorough fair. Kitchen bedrooms and amenities were all great. Definitely will rent again.

Our vacation was planned months in advance, well before we realized that a tropical storm was going to affect the area while we were there. Claudia was amazing, and had even offered to move our reservations to a different date if we were worried about the weather. We decided to keep our dates, and are happy we did. The condo is beautiful, and the location is superb. The title says it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, but we found that it was much closer than advertised. And Claudia was responsive to our questions the entire time we were there. We couldn't be happier with the decision to stay here, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Claudia!

The house and host was PERFECT for our family vacation! There were storms in the area and our host was very thorough to validate our concerns and monitored conditions. I would recommend the property for families with children of different age groups. The location of the home is perfect, and the beach is literally down the road. The pool is very clean and kid friendly not to mention the hot tub for the adults. Claudia is an amazing host and communicating with her was very easy. We will definitely be back in the future.
